Payment

Payment can be check, money order, master card or Visa. Credit card orders can be phoned in. Personal check items are sent once the check clears. (Approximately 7 days) Money order and credit card orders will be shipped out within 3 days. Connecticut residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

 

Condition

All pieces are in good to excellent condition unless otherwise specified. By this we mean no chips, cracks, major factory flaws, excessive wear or repairs. We guarantee our merchandise to be as represented.

 

Shipping

Items are shipped by your choice of carrier. Address must not be post office boxes. Shipping charges and insurance are an additional cost to the total item price.

Returns

Returns are accepted in 5 days if the piece has been misrepresented. Any piece altered by the customer will not be accepted for return. The purchaser is responsible for return postage, insurance, and packaging the item in the same manner that is was received. We must be notified in advance of any return.
